So, I don't speak German but I wanted to try out some content from a few of the German only mods.  I created these very rough translations of AC quest pack, AC Breagar and Jarl's BGT Adventure Pack.  I used google to do the translations so many dialogs are off and some don't make much sense.  I didn't even set up the TRAs properly, just overwrote the german ones and installed it as German.  With a little work it could be installed with English as an option.  I haven't played through everything yet but it seems to be working as I have had my initial conversations with Breagar in candlekeep.  I don't know how much time I will have to improve these translations and bring them up to at least a BETA stage so anyone that would like to take them and improve them is welcome to do so.
