Arrival was released yesterday. It was okay but I felt it was a bit underwhelming. If this is indeed the final story DLC for ME2, I think they could have ended on a better note.

It shrieks 'lead-in for ME3' all over it. It was alright but.... IMO it could have done without the Collector hologram and gone straight to the relay bang. Now that was well done.

I bought it as well, although I've yet to play it. Apparently it's indeed the final piece of DLC for ME2.

the Collector hologram
If you play it after the suicide mission you won't get the collector general's hologram. Instead you get that of its master.

Well, being an obsessive compulsive completionist, I had to play through it ten times (since I have ten Shepards...I know, I know). It's not bad but don't go expecting something as good as Shadow Broker or Overlord. It's much smaller - more like a slightly expanded mission from the main game. And of course, you are doing this solo (since I guess they didn't want to pay all the companion voice actors for a relatively small DLC).
There are some upgrades to snag (heavy skin weave, heavy weapon ammo upgrade, medigel upgrade) which are useless if you've already finished the rest of the game - other than that you'd want to play it more for the story than anything else. Action is the fairly standard shoot guys while hiding behind crates kind of deal, but it's fun for 90 mins or so.
