I don't know any good ones, yet, unfortunately: I searched dragonagenexus for companion and NPC modification, but unfortunately it's overloaded with facial modifications at the moment.

It fixes some import issues, including Nathaniel flag. I think it's worth a shot.

Isabela Friendship Bugfix - Temporary band-aid fix that's infinitely helpful until Bioware puts out another patch.
No Secondary Restrictions For Equipment - Pretty much what it sounds like. Removes willpower, cunning, and constitution requirements on equipment. Particularly useful for blood mages, who really don't need willpower.

Yeah, the friendship fix is a good one... I had to manually fix a variable in my latest save game file as well.
