So I installed the latest Unfinished Business mod and it's all sorted out... but I can't seem to figure out the proper way to go about this quest. I've met the nobleman who duels, and the Collector who actually has the pendant, the two fiends in the Smoldering Corpse Bar, and the new Ratbone, but nobody mentions any pendant or gives me anything to do. I've talked to all of these NPCs and exhausted my dialogue options time and time again but I just get no quest from anyone.
I ave killed Rake-Chaser and taken the pendant, and brought it to the fiends, but they said I had some magic on me that prevented me from being upgraded. They said I should find out how to remove it, but gave me no starting point or anything, and again, no actual quest appeared in the journal or anything.
How is this quest meant to play out?

It's been a while since I played now, but I did figure this out lo those many years ago. You have to talk to Ratbone about collecting rat tails and through a very specific order of dialogue that I can't presently recall, you can offer to get him five cranium rat tails. Once you bring them to him he'll tell you a secret about the collector following the nobleman, and then you can confront him. I think you have to talk to the abishai in the bar somewhere in there too.
But there is no quest to allow you to use the pendant or anything. That's where it ends.
