Hmm...I'll cut the backgroud.

Recently started to play Bg1, so installed Easytutu but have been experiencing weird but usually controlled crashes. Someone on another forum is somewhat sure something went wrong with the installation though I followed instructions provided by a modder to a point.

But here's my problems.

-Killing a skeleton=the game crashes

-Right clicking on a item in my backpack sometimes results in a crash

-Bandits spill into strange multi-colored bands across the screen when killed-crashes when I greedily try to loot them

I tried the troubleshooting thing in the advanced options for the display but it won't let me in since my video driver doesn't allow modifications. Understandable because this laptop is earnestly crappy but had a problem with my gaming computer with Bg1, so yeah...I have a 3700 HD ATI in my laptop, for info.

Thanks for the help! I'm mostly asking if it's probably a video problem/and if there's really any easy fixes for it or if I just have to trash Easytutu...
