Hi micbaldur,

 

Sorry for my continues help request but I noticed that we have the very similar bugs in the game,..... I reading your message:

"Well RB brakes also Stuff of Magi, Exnem and Freedom's Reign Of Virtue mods addition to Fade mod. I have "fixed" those in AR1200.BCS afterwards adding those items to B#FIR03.CRE."

 

Do you rember what the items you added to B#FIR03.CRE and what you modified in AR1200.BCS???

This happens if you have installed TDD.
 
SUELLE2.DLG:

Action 13 and 14 add this line:

... but in my game SUELLE2.DLG has only 7 actions!!!

 

 

 

Ranger Stronghold: Mairyn doesn't give "Moon Dog Figurine" like she says. Fixed locally.

Sorry, you don't have same mods that i have, that's why you have only 7 action.
I have these mods that edit SUELLE2.DLG: Kivan NPC, Ninde NPC, Saerileth NPC, Aeon NPC and Romantic Encounters.

 

Update:

Thanks for pointing this problem for me. I have added mod Breagar NPC so i have to edit Action 14 and 15. Sadly though this doesn't help you.

 

Check SUELLE2.DLG file and try to find state where Ellesime says "Excellent. I will summon the wizard right away for you." you find the action and it's number at lower right corner window

Seems to works fine, I added the line at my Action 4 where Ellesime says "Excellent...."

I don't know why but unfortunatly for now I'm not be able to open "Worldmap.wmp" using Near Infinity and so I cannot change Druidic Circle Coordinate (my mouse "turns" into an hourglass and not open the file worldmap.Wmp) :crying:  Is there others ways for repair the Druid Circle?

but I don't understand what is the file into the folder "BP-BGT Worldmap v9\bp-bgt_worldmap\nearinfinity" that i must to click because there are 4 files:

 

nearinfinity-512mb.bat,

nearinfinity-1024mb.bat,

nearinfinitybeta-512mb.bat

nearinfinity-beta1024mb.bat

 

as usual I've a question: :)

Download latest NI here if you don't have it.

 

Extract it to some folder and copy nearinfinitybeta-512mb.bat into it.

 

Edit nearinfinitybeta-512mb.bat with notepad like this:

Then save it and double-click nearinfinitybeta-512mb.bat and you are ready. :lol:

Don't worry, after I spoke with Bunkin (the girlfriend og Gorf), Gorf the Squisher not appeared, but i had to wait only a few more...

Oh, well now that Isra did get BGII part i have decided to make new install.

 

This is BWP install that i'm going to play to the end. Probably, i don't know yet. :P

 

Note!  This is BWP 11.4 and was made 24 of June 2013.

These are possible bugs and at least oddities that i have encounter (some minor ones i probably have forgotten to add). Some of these have been probably reported earlier by someone else at somewhere? I cannot say that these are confirmed bugs because i don't have any knowledge of modding. Some of these are probably random hick-ups in my local install or come from my unusual play style "Super NPC Switching".

Note! Changed install order TS first and then NEJ. Recommended by Horred and Vlad.

Also changed install order for Lol's Rezmod, Boots of the Magi and Old Mods Pack because of overwriting issues.

Note! I use some mods that aren't in BWP. Mods are Shed's A Hero for All The Wrong Reasons mod, Moongaze's Crusader Pack, Icendoan's Forum-Only Items mod, Jamella's Diablo 2 Item Store mod, Exnem mod, TDD sin TDD mod, Isra NPC mod, Isra NPC for BGII mod, I Shall Never Forget mod, Almateria's Restoration Project mod, Aurora ToB mod, Dace NPC mod, TeamBG Armor Pack, TeamBG Weapon Pack.

I also installed BP v181-b4503 and 1pp v4.

I have fixed same problems that are here.


Warning! Some of the edits in DLG-files are different in other BWP games, it depends on mod selection.

 

One more problem that i remembered is Roger the Fence quest.

 

Roger the Fences Sea Troll quest broken. Sewers (AR0701.ARE) Sea Troll (ROGTRO01.CRE) has "wrong" script name "rogtro02". Also Roger the Fence dialogue-file (ROGER.DLG) has wrong triggers "rogtro02" instead of "rogtro01". I going to kill several Sea Trolls (ROGTRO02.CRE) in BG1. Fixed locally.

You'll be unable to do those TDD quests of Xzar, Monty and Shar-Teel. Moreover, you'll miss the duel to the death of TDD Kagain and TDD Yeslick.

Permanent fix would be to install TDD after BGT.

For a completed install:
- ar0400.bcs: replace sharteel with shartedd
- baldur.bcs: replace all yeslick, kagain, xzar and montaron instances relating to harperxzarfued and all following script blocks below that with yeslicdd, kagaindd, xzardd and montydd (Yeslick and Kagain only if you want to have them kill each other if both are in your party)
- montyras.bcs: replace all xzar and montaron instances with xzardd and montydd
- same goes for xzardd.dlg and xzarthxb.dlg
- ddkiv1.bcs is up to you, if you want it for TDD Kivan, replace kivan with kivandd, if you want it for Kivan from Kivan and Deheriana, replace kivan with p#kivan

Regarding suelle2.dlg:
My personal experimental solution (I'm not there yet) was to comment out all changes TDD does to suelle2.dlg in setup-tdd.tp2.
And then I'm going to replace the move to expansion cutscene in suelle2.dlg's action blocks with the TDD cutscene with Near Infinity.

I have fixed Shar-Teel and Kivan TDD quest like said, i haven't mention about it though earlier.

 

But thanks for info on Montaron and Xzar TDD quest, i haven't managed to fix it earlier.

 

I probably skip that Kagain and Yeslick duel, i have already serious NPC problem.

 

Well i'm extremely interested in solution of Suelle2.dlg problem.

 

I'm going to make necessary global changes manually at the end of SoA this time.
