First time I downloaded BWS and installed the mods it did the most itself, now I have to install some of the mods manually. Why? What has changed?

You probably chose another option, or cheesed the process... So a little more details might be needed, and the post should probably be here, don't worry, it will be moved there, so continue as you would, in this topic...

but i can't find how can I select(set) the native language.

That's set in the first screen in the Setup process... this:

You have to push the back if you selected the wrong language in the first place!
Hmm, you might have used the BWS Beta, and reinstalled with the normal BWS, which might give you the impression that there's less function, because there really is less... or something.
Thank Choo Choo.

There is only 4 language to choice i would set another one.
In previous version we can change language in the Big World Instal.bat, now in this .bat we can only change components but not language. :(

If you want to change the language, edit the tra.txt files in BiG World Installpack%YOUR LANGUAGE%. So you edit BiG World Installpack\English\tra.txt if you want English as your basis.

Syntax is MODNAME=NUMBER N/E/F, where N means native, E English and F Foreign. Depending on your choice in the installer, mods with E and F will be left out later. Remember to rename the N to E if you don't want English mods and your language is not available.

THINK! - It's not illegal.

You just edit the English tra.txt and choose English afterwards.
I'd replace the " N" with an " E" at first, but make sure those really are the letters at the end that you want to replace. Then go through the list and have to see which mods provide a Polish install for yourself.

Examples:
TDD=2 N ==> because the second translation is a native Polish one.
ACBre=0 F ==> only one German translation, which may be foreign to you.
BIDDE=0 E ==> because the mod has one English translation

Try this (without warranty):
