So, following the mod/increase resolution guide, I copied everything to CDALL and put it in the torment folder, then found the .ini, opened it with notepad, copied the changes, and tried to save. I got a message: cannot create torment.ini, make sure the path and file name are correct.
I went back and found the properties/shortcut bit, and changed it to run as administrator. Still, same problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can still run the game, but I'm really eager to try those mods and other upgrades.

torment.ini may be marked as read only. If it is, then right click on it and uncheck the read only flag. Or try and save torment.ini to another location to see if its an access issue with the particular folder.
