It's not a mage spell that player can learn and in BG2 manual it is mentioned exactly four times:

RUBY RAY OF REVERSAL (ALTERATION)
...
The spells that are affected by this are ..., spell invulnerability, ...

KHELBEN?S WARDING WHIP (ABJURATION)
...
The spells that are affected by this are ... spell invulnerability.

PIERCE SHIELD (ABJURATION)
...
The list of spells that this includes is ..., spell invulnerability, ...

SPELLSTRIKE (ABJURATION/ALTERATION)
...
This includes ..., spell invulnerability, ...

What is it? A typo?

Yep, it's the 5th level spell spell Immunity, it only provides protection from one kind of magic, Necromancy, Alteration... etc.

Or then it's the Globe of Invulnerability & Minor Globe Invulnerability.

Now I am even more confused -- you can actually buy and learn that spell? It's just not mentioned in manual?

edit: never mind, it's spelled "immunity" in your post.
