Update: Just wanted to let everyone know that progress on both SoA and ToB are in a bit of a holding pattern for a while. Reality has decided to be incredibly unpleasant (I swear, a sinkhole swallowing my house would not make me bat an eye at this point) and it's showing no signs of turning around. Hopefully everything will work out sooner rather than later, and I'll be able to focus on the mod once more.

Thanks, you two! I'm absolutely not going to say things are better because every single time I do that, the world laughs and throws something else at me. But...

SoA update: We're hoping to have pleasant news in the near future.

ToB update: Writing is still on hiatus for the time being. I'll come clean and admit that I'm distracted by another project, but beyond that, my October is looking to be painfully busy and I don't see much point in getting back into something for a few days just to be forced to put it aside again. So, no time frame on ToB, but no worries - it'll get done.

Well, my daughter had her tonsil's removed yesterday, and the surgery went very, very well, and she's recovering far better than I ever could have imagined. That's one big giant load of worry off my mind, which should signal an imminent return to swift mod progress.

SoA beta update: Real life has us delayed on getting this touched up and ready for release. Patience for a little while longer.

ToB update: Got a few banters done last week, and made progress on a big messy dialog that's both fun and highly irritating. Progress should hopefully pick back up this week!

Okay, I've to confess, I daily take a look here to see if we are there yet :,D
I feel for you and your daugther and wish you both all the best *hug* family and RL always get first priority, that's more than understandable, so I hope things will get back to normal for you as soon as possible.

But I simply want to say that I'm a huge fan of your ff's and your Sarevok Mod (it has been one of the mods I'd never wanted to play cause well it's *Sarevok* but when I took a look - thinking something like 'Oh forget the moral issuse, it's a game' - and got stuck with it. It's really well done)
But what I *really* fell for was you Sola-FF - omg I think I'd been almost drooling, if I weren't excited like hell <3 to say it was just AWESOME really doesn't describe it, but yeah my mind just run away togehter with my vocabulary <____<

So, shame on me, for not writing something earlier y____y I'd just love to help you with the beta of HD (he'll be SO AWESOME! <3 *thinking of teaser...pulling mind back*) but, well. my RL was more than a bit messy too...

Nevertheless, I'd feel honored if you let me make a translation for HD (I'm german)
I'm very aware of the 'lost-in-translation'-phenomena, but I'm much better in understanding english than writing it myself and I love to write stories in german, so here you go. I would take a few artistic lisenses but only to save the flow and the feeling of your HD - or die trying XD

If you understand a little german, I could even send you a translation-sample of your teaser per PM

WOW! Thank you so much! Moments like this make me glad I stopped being such a coward about posting the things I write.

We'd love to have translations for other languages, though sadly I'm woefully inept at everything but English so I wouldn't have a clue what I was reading if you sent me something. The SoA portion will soon be receiving its final text tweaks before release (though it's sure to have some lingering typos, since I'm the one who wrote it ), and I can PM you the dialogs for translation then if you'd like. Depending on when you finish, when the ToB stuff is wrapped up, and how much of a pain reality decides to be for all of us, we can see about putting it in with version 2. And really, thank you for offering - the more languages, the better!

Oh! And thanks to all for the well-wishes for my daughter. She's doing fine, though all this ice cream, yogurt and pudding is spoiling her rotten.

Well, I can understand that, mostly other languages are a mystery for me too - really with English as the only exception (I even prefer to read in English when the original is in English)

You're very welcome It would be great if you PM me the dialogs, I'm really looking forward to finally having a project just for fun again, so I dare saying it won't take too long. (*crossing finges*...just in case) If it's possible to send files, you could even PM me the .tra files, I can handle that. I promise to do my best for all your german fans and fans-to-be.

Oh, typos are normal and often adorable, so I wouldn't mind them but of course, I'll wait until you're satisfied with your work. :3

Yeah, I'm sorry for the long delay. If it's not one thing, it's something else these days. My plan is to make time to finish the last SoA beta run with all the current changes and add ons tonight. After that, I need to read over the Read Me, then ship it all back to K'aeloree. I know he's been busy, so I can't guarantee a time frame for when the mod will be available for download. Hopefully soon!

Update: I'm currently waiting to hear from K'aeloree about releasing the SoA portion, but in the meantime I'm working specifically on expanding the SoA content. After playing it through a number of times, I realized just how top heavy the writing is - lots of stuff in the beginning, almost nothing at the end - so I'm going to balance that out by adding a number of PIDs for the middle and later bits of the game, expanding flirts, and maybe adding some fun M rated bits. I'm hoping to get the new stuff finished before mid November, because once Skyrim is out, I won't be doing anything remotely constructive with my time.

Update: Putting the final touches on a HUGE revamp of the PID flirts that's taken me all day. Really happy with the final product. Moving on to the new PIDs next probably, then romance conflicts and some adult content.

I'm sure we'd all accept almost anything Haer'Dalis written by you, but it's awesome that you're really doing your best to make it sure it meets your own standards

Update: Tested flirts - working great. Finished, installed and tested romance conflicts - working as planned, and looks much better than the half-arsed attempt I originally made. Finished a few talks and hoping to finish the rest this weekend.

Update: All of the new PIDs are written - editing and installing shortly, then testing tonight. Working on the Adult rated content still, hoping to be finished with that by tomorrow.
