Widescreen mod 2.6 + Ghostdog's PS:T UI 2.1
Resolution set to 800x500
When open inventory screen, there is strange panel on the right side of it, looks like a bug.
Other menu screens are drawn without such thing.

No it's not a bug. It's intended, as the item descriptions would very regularly go over the window edge and produce the flickering/stuck letters bug.
