Sheryl's Quest

I think this is introduced by the UB pack, but I'm not sure. Anyway in the Buried Village I entered a house next to Quint's and came across this NPC. The quest from her is to locate her father, and she directed me to another person to get, ah, certain items that would help in the search (trying to keep it vague so as not to spoil).
But where do I go to start searching? I've been to the catacombs beneath but so far nothing...
