I'm really not sure what you just said... but did you take the time to download all the patches? When NWN2 was first released it was pretty damned buggy, no mistaking that. Thankfully there have been a plethora of patches to fix various bugs and glitches since however, so if you haven't downloaded those you should immediately. It helps. A lot!
I haven't actually played NWN2's main campaign since the game was released however, so if that doesn't fix it then I'm not sure what you could do next.

Uh what?
I know that there has been a load of patches since the release, I was just pointing a useful mod which doesn't seem to be as good as I thought going from the recent comments on that page.
