I  ask here because I can not find around a clear answer: when I arrive in the dungeon of Irenicus, where are the tons of items that I had at the end of BG1? They all pass? Do not pass anyone? Exploring the first rooms of the dungeon I see that some objects are passed (2 or 3 not more ...) and the others? The containers (bag of holding, scroll, potion case, scrolls ....)? I would not be wrong, but in my last game of BGT, a few years ago, I recalled that at one point I found my old bag of gems, full of all the magic rings I had in BG1 .....

They were all taken from you by the thieves... and no you won't get them back unless you magically find the same objects(or use the Console to do that, or use the Console to travel back to a pre-planned location that you left the items to). Or you used the "Merchant League Bank" to store in the BG1 area to keep the items, as you meet them in a BG2 area.

What comes to the bag of gems... you found the "same item", as the BG1 items usually are just duplicates of the BG2 items, and so they items in the container might be in two different items as they are the same item, just dublicate(in simple term, when you use the Console to make the bag02, you can then Console the same bag, and use them as go between, between characters that are too far away form each others, or even in different areas...

So if I understand correctly, if by chance I find a merchant who sells me the same container I had in BG1, I might be lucky and find it not empty, but full of the items that I had at the end of BG1?

There is also, in the BGTtweaks, one which passes some more items to SoA; you can find them on the table, where there are the Duergar

Years ago I played The Big Picture: I thought that in Big World, the transition from BG1 to BG2 had become a continuum of the game ... I thought, I wonder why, all my BG1 items this time would have been waiting for me on the first available table ....
So it does not seem

CLUAConsole?? Ever, it would be cheating! :whistling: :D
