Found this site yesterday spent day installing the Big World Mod over my BG/BG2 games.
It got done and for life of me should have wrote down final instructions what do i click on to start the game now so can start in BG and work way fowards? after 6 hours was little fried with wait

Just like the FAQ says, the ToBLauncher.exe or the BGMain.exe ...

And of course game dont work "sighs" opens up to a black screen when click on bgmain then nothing.

Badur.err log nothing here it is anyway

Erhm, is it full black screen? And at what screen... hmm, you might need to configurate the game settings so that it can show the transparency'es ?
You did start the game so it autosaves, before you installed any mods, as that creates the settings files that clear the setup a lot.
What resolution did you pick ?
The baldur.err doesn't show that anything would be wrong, so it's not an error on the game... but it could be that for some reason the display sets back into the original small window, and so the User Interface is just outside the view resolution.
