What exactly is meant by "avatars"? Surely not extra animations that aren't in the original games?

It's more likely to be a forum avatar... the same for a forum, alike SHS's, but the forum just doesn't support any but their own avatars(for legal purpose etc. no, I don't own the right for my avatar... :whistling: ).

Deactivated account. The user today is known as The Imp.

I think JM's got it right, but I can't say for sure. Has anyone actually bought the pack yet?

From what I've gathered, they're releasing the SoA & ToB bundle next, presumably in time for Christmas. Or they might release it this month, which would let them sell the entire Interplay RPG catalogue at a bulk price in December.

And here we go, Baldur's Gate 2 Complete is now released at GOG. Looks like the second scenario in my previous post (see above) is now coming true. To buy the all-in-one package, or not to buy? I'll flip a coin or something.

Title: Baldur's Gate 2 Complete
Price (16.11.2010): 9.99USD
Contains: Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, Throne of Bhaal

Amazing ^_^. Thanks for sharing the link... I'll be looking at the entire BG series and Planescape too...

Through lightning, travel shadow,
Through hell and all above,
Surviving sword and arrow,
Bound stronger by the love

***

And in the end a witness,
To where the death has lain,
Silent through the sorrow,
Where innocents lie slain

No problem. :)

Personally I'll wait and see if they're selling the whole IE collection at a bargain bin bulk price around Christmas before deciding whether to buy anything or not.

It looks promising if you're after the whole Interplay set:

Holiday season begins on GOG.com

We've prepared 14 special surprises for each day of December until the 14th, with a big surprise at the very end of the event! We're starting with a GOG carol contest where you can win some cool prizes. Read on for the GOG holiday carol contest info, and check back tomorrow for the next surprise!

The "gifts" have been mostly junk so far, but I'm still hoping for an Interplay catalogue discount.

Four days to go, and I still think it's been crap so far. Broken Sword Director's Cut doesn't really cut it.
