(action MoveBetweenAreas("TC1003",[790.350],0)), a small house in Westgate docks whose size is only 512x448
(in my game, I just changed it to MoveBetweenAreas("TC1101",[790.350],0) Is it what it must be?)
TCBERIL.dlg (Captain Beril), in block 11 you have SetGlobal("TCCaptGoes","TC1004",1). The conversation takes place in area TC1006, however
Area TC1300 (in Westgate): the southern edge that can be seen if you switch to area map, isn't available (nor is it seen in Infinity Explorer or DLTCEP either) Hell knows what causes this. At first I thought that .MOS didn't match the .TIS file, but according to DLTCEP everything is OK here. Still, there's definitely a bug somewhere

1) If you don't talk to her she won't initiate her dialog, so that she'll remain in the temple forever
2) If you tell her that you don't want her in the party, she'll do MoveBetweenAreas("TC2200",[4160.2424],1),
i.e go to burning Suderham (it seems to me that [4160.2424] is in the water, btw)
In TC2200, according to her script, she'll starts a dialog as soon as CombatCounter(0), whether she's in the party or not. Since there are no checks like Range() or See([PC]) in the blocks of her script where she starts her dialogs, she will likely talk to you when you are about a mile apart if you don't have her in the party. Furthermore, in this case she'll have nothing to say, by what I see in her dialog file (TCKESSA) Actually, she can be pretty far from the rest of the party if she starts her dialog in TC2200 while being in the party, too, but that's less likely to happen
And again, it's not good that she has StartDialogNoSet([PC]) instead of StartDialogNoSet(Player1) in her script

Or you could use Global("FAALT","LOCALS",1) trigger and SetGlobal("FAALT","LOCALS",2) action instead, since in the previous banter between Fala and Althon the value of local variable FAALT is set to 1
Okay, I'm going to use the LOCALS of 2 for the second dialog. Otherwise, there is a risk of the dialogs running out of order.
Rivian moves to 1201 in the next version.
Capt Beril issue isn't major. This is to remove him from the area if he is standing out on the docks. Fixed for next version.
Sharp Eye's dialog was corrected a few weeks ago due to her and Saltmarsh Captain conflicts. Global now only goes to 5, so dialog will allow you to purchase items even if you decline the quest.
Kessa actually has 2 dialogs here. So both needed to be updated. They will now only trigger if she is in the party and can detect the PC.

I have tested the idea that their scripts don't always get a chance to check their HP amount to then jump to the next dialog. I haven't found a solution yet that is consistantly working.

Sir Braford will not attach due to a bug in Belak's dialog (I thought we covered this already?). Just frag him with a fireball/potion of explosions. It will be corrected in version 0.54.

The XP value for STALKE.CRE used in TC0610 is zero. Maybe this is already fixed. The new quest in Suderham (.53a) helping Lamonstens orcish cook gives no reward. On the minimap of TC3300 you are linked to the wrong temple. In TC3706 you can find 20 enchanted arrows(random) in a drawer but I could not equip, sell or drop them. A mykonid (XP 420) in TC3052 showed the wrong animation. He transmuted to a fire worm from Planescape Torment. Enge sagt:"By"

Quest - have to look at
TC3300 - fixed in 0.54
TC3706 - didn't know those arrows even existed, not sure what they are for - fixed
TC3052 - fixed in 0.54 by using Infinity Animations now

The Glabrezu in MD1100 (DEMGLA01.CRE) has no XP for the player to share. Can not figure out how to help Elmo in TC0081. Need a hint or is this not possible for now? Does someone "waits" for his body?

In the original mod, Elmo dies. We added an option to save him if Candella is in the party. She will beg for Rurik or Blush to heal him. We may expand it later but for now, she needs to be in the party for you to continue that story line.

While doing Rihn's quest I ran into a crash bug, well actually it just freezes up and I have to manually close it down, which doesn't produce an error log. Anyway every time the glabrezu cast some spell at me I'd freeze up. I tried multiple times and it happened every time. It only happens with that glabrezu in the area past the undead mind flayers... er or I think that's what they were. Sorry I have a horrible memory. :/ Anyway I just ended up leaving the area and moved on... not sure I could kill the demon in there anyway.
Also with the Sunless Citadel as soon as I killed the druid I was instantly ported out of the citadel and had to go back to finish up the quest and grab the loot.
The journal doesn't seem to update when many of the quests are finished.
I'll let you know if I run into anything else..
Even with the minor bugs I'm thoroughly enjoying your work!!
ps oh yeah I almost am never able to rest without being attacked.. good xp but tough on the spell casters. Oh yeah another thing, was this +6 ring of protection I found in the Silver Princess module supposed to drop or is that another one of them screwy random loot?

1. Rurik doubles. When i came to Saltmarsh and drop him from the party inside his smithy, he stayed in his current place and another Rurik appears as a shop keeper. Both are joinable. So now i have Ruruik as a partymember and a merchant Rurik inside his shop. That is surely comfortable but rather strange.
2. Blush didn't appear in the inn after they leave for 'eating' with Aesdale, there was just Aesdale alone. A dialog near the robes shop, wne he asks to enter and buy him a new robe didn't work in time, and appeared only after his returning to an inn, but inside th shop all went normally, he and Blush gone away together.
