Wow, I was making a true mess of this one... thank you! I was having serious troubles. As in, I was still parsing out from the examples how to figure out where the offsets for the name were stored, so I could read the right stuff for a string compare. I'll give it a shot!

I created a test mod and deleted using this as Aran's Abandon02 replacement, then a second mod looking for Abandon07. Each found and removed the appropriate trigger, and no problems popping in and out. I am now playing with the FAIL; it might be possible to create a "backup plan" if someone has already removed the original thing and put it into use. Very cool stuff - a reliable way to get those useless info-point doors on the Promenade (and other places) into service.
