Under Global Variables I noticed one that said TashiaKnows=3. Is this involved with her finding out PC is a BhaalSpawn? Does this affect the romance in anyway? I always associate anything romance related 3s as a bad thing. Should I dodge BhaalSpawn questions from her?

I believe (I'm not sure) it is about her knowing you're a Bhaalspawn, but in this case the variable being 3 is not a bad thing. As long as you got a good Reputation when you tell her you're a Bhaalspawn (and don't sound like some evil bastard) there's nothing to worry about.
