Assembled by Ardanis_gen1e per Prowler's request.

Changes:
- traified 'imoen2j.d' and 'imoen25j.d' files
- added language options to 'imoen.tp2'
- added russian translation
- corrected minor error in russian translation, @80 and @82 lines in 'imoen2j.d' were translated as the same
