I just installed BWP and tried to start a new game. Tobexloader doesn't work so i have to start with bgmain. Problem is that when I create a new character it automatically gets the BG2 xp so my character is at level 7 at the start of BG1. How can I start this game at level 1?

So you do have the BGT ?
Well, the only known way is to use the old XPpatcher from the days of the non_WeiDU-BGT... file attached.

Yes I have BGT. Thanks for the program.

Edit.
Well I tried to use xppatcher but it says ERROR: Value 89000 not found. Are you even supposed to start at level 1 in BGT?

Which Operation System do you have ? Include the sub-info too, so is it the Vista, W7 etc. ? Basic, Premium etc. ?
And where did you install the game in ? Say it's not the Program Files folder...

I have Windows Vista Home Basic. Baldur's Gates are installed at g:\BG\Baldur's Gate and g:\BG\BGII - SoA.
