ToB Crash

Okay, so I've been having this problem with TOB where if I save I crash, if I beat the first bhaalspawn, sometimes I crash and if I see Sarevok's sorry face I really crash. There is no error message, just that error sound and it freezes forever. I've tried taking out Homeward Bound and Wheels which I haven't played before. I'm kind of at a loss here of what is causing this. I tried playing it in an unmodded game and it's fine. Any suggestion would be great at this point. Here is my weidu log if it helps.
