Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place, I did a search but couldn't see anything on this.

How is this actually used in BWP? I have read the notes on the mod, and it mentions that you need to Make the class adjustments to the npc's before they join your group, but it makes no comment on how this is actually done.

The BWP installation seemed to say that you wait for them to join your group and then press "R". This doesn't appear to do anything though. Is there some external app I need to fire to do this, or a console command or something?

Well, you choose the "Further customization of mod-settings" in BWS, then you go and remove the mods after the L1NPCs in the list of installed mods... let the BWS do it's job, then the BWI do it's job, and then you go and start the setup-Level1NPCs.exe (again), choose to scrip the already installed mods and then you get to install the real individual NPC components... after you have installed those components, you install the rest of the mods the BWS would, by hand.

The pressing of the "R" only refers to an issue that might come up, it has nothing to do with the individual NPC components that need to be installed for you to actually customize the NPCs...

ahhh I see, thanks. Sounds like a bit too much work I am prepared to go to at this stage in my first play through.
