I'm probably just too much of an idiot to find it, but I swear, I have no idea what to do.

Okay, thanks.SoA and ToB downloads are separate, so:

Then... how *exactly* do I install it?
Open "C:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA" then just put it...anywhere in there?

Okay... I *think* I've done everything right so far.You download it, then extract it with Winrar or a similar program to your BG2 directory. In this case it's C:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA, so you'd tell Winrar to extract it to that location. When it's finished unzipping, you find Setup-EdwinRomance and double-click it to run the installer. When prompted, answer y or i to install it. Then find Setup-EdwinTOB and again, double-click it to install it.
Now there's just 'setup-edwinTOB'--I've decided not to install the ToB version, so do I have to worry about this, or am I good without it?

Wait, so... I have Throne of Bhall, but I had a lot of trouble installing the Edwin Romance for it, which is why I decided not to try again. If you plan to romance Edwin through ToB as well, you definitely need it Otherwise, you should be fine. The ToB component also contains an alternate epilogue if the PC is romancing true neutral Viconia, if you're interested.
If I don't install the ToB version, does that mean I won't be able to have the Edwin romance, or does it mean I just won't get the extra quest with Edwin in ToB?
I'd try and find a way to fix it if its the first, but the second, I'm okay with.

A furry hat, elastic mask, a pair of shiny marble dice, some people call them snake-eyes, but to me they look like mice

And I'm assuming that since I got Throne of Bhall on the same disk as Shadows of Amn, I won't be able to do anything? You will get absolutely no Edwin content in ToB if you do not install that part of the mod. You will not be able to romance Edwin in ToB--so no lovetalks, no Master Wraith, no romance epilogue, and so on. Just give it a try, and if it works, it works, and if it doesn't, don't play it.
Okay, so, when I try to install it, it says there an error. It says "ERROR locating resource for 'COPY', Resource [AR6200.bcs] not found in KEY file: [./chitin.key], Stopping instalation because of error."
What can I do to fix this?
(And also, thanks so much for all your help, I wouldn't have been able to get to this point without you. ^^)

Do you mean that you have The Original Saga or Baldur's Gate: The Collection? Because even those have separate ToB discs.I got Throne of Bhall on the same disk as Shadows of Amn

Okay, so I'm selectively blind--I knew there were other disks, I saw them whenever I opened the case, but I never actually looked at them. That means that you do not, in fact, have ToB. AR6200 is an area in Throne of Bhaal. The mod can't find it, so it won't install. Or did you do a Minimum install?

'Them' being the disks for tales of the Sword Coast and ToB.
I now have both ToB and the Edwin Romance sucessfully installed.
I can't thank you enough for all your help. ^^

Thanks! You're welcome And I hope you enjoy the mod. Personally, it's one of my favorites
Me being me, I keep getting paranoid that I didn't do it right, but since Edwin has his BG1 portrait, it had to install right.
I don't think I've seen any of the dialogue from the mod, but I guess I haven't been playing long enough. Do you know about when I'll first see this?

After we killed Mae'var Edwin said something about... Yakmen, and I could only respond with 'extinguish the torch'. What is going on, and how do I fix this? Am I going to have to start this over? I've already put hours into this...
