Symar Battlefield problem

This is my second game with the Sylmar Battlefield, but I am not getting the option from Denaton.

When I talk to him he just says "Will these Human keep me waiting forever? Any time now the orcs could be marching on my people's land!" with no dialog options for me to respond.

I am in chapter 3 if that might have any significance.

There shouldn't be any problem with the chapter, but you need to be
- not an Evil PC
- Reputation 14 or higher

Bingo, I had just been doing Assassinations & the Infernal Thievery portion of the quest pack so my rep had temporarily dropped to 13. I'm sure that was the problem then. Thanks for the response.
