so the problem is that when i get to the main menu of BG, and try to start classic adventures, it for some reason tells me to insert CD 2? i have tried every cd and it just doesnt work. i assume it works with the Throne of baal cd? i didnt get any problems whith the Weidu so i am really clueless whith this

You need a full install of both BGII - SoA and ToB to play this total conversions mod... So the game should take about 8 GigaB's.....
yes i have the full install, 7,86 gt

Open the file called 'baldur.ini' with Notepad and make sure the [Alias] paths lead to the right addresses... for example mine:yes i have the full install, 7,86 gt

okay, that might be the problem, but how i can change the text? when i try to change the text to same as yours it says i cant create it, and check that the path and the filename is right?

You probably have a Windows Vista or Windows 7, in which cases you need to turn of the User Account Control(and with W7 the PCA) and then make sure that you do not have the game installed in the Program Files sub-folders.okay, that might be the problem, but how i can change the text? when i try to change the text to same as yours it says i cant create it, and check that the path and the filename is right?

ok, i got it to work, thanks a lot, the problem was that i had the game in the program files folder. Great Mod so far! they dont make the games like this anymore
