First, there are many English mistakes in the dialogues with Yoshimo when meeting the kid that tells stories. It's a pity, because a story is nice because of the language, and mistakes give the feeling it has been quickly done with no real caring.
Hmm, didn't know that
Will ask someone to take a look on those lines
Thanks.
Example: the women that makes the axes: the wood cutter and the miner speak a lot about her and her mood, so it gives the feeling there will be something to do in relation with her, or that she has something interesting to say, but when you get there, you just buy the axe and it's done! Nothing more to it! To be frank, it makes her look boring. I would have done something with her if I were you, or just not speak so much about her before...
Are you sure?
Complete the quest of an axe - it's a trigger to another quest. I don't remember who starts it - or woodchopper or Eva herself. You may ask about the relations with eachother. I believe that was Eva who can be asked... However, exit her house and come back to her - you can lie to her about something. However, I won't spoil more details now.
The main quest lacks something also, too short and simple, too straight-forward... even though I haven't used the ability to dream yet, so it may be better than what it seems :-)
So check it out. One of the last replies is asking Dream of his past. It may seem as it was only an ordinary response, but it's a bit different. It will disappear and you can't use it again. It timered, so after an hour you can ask him to continue the story. Check the option from time to time. Actually I would call that the rest of the main quest, which ends in
ToB. Do make a good decision in
ToB part, remember to discuss with Dream.
Mainly that's it, it's ok to play Innershade on the way, but it's not a place you feel like coming back to, because characters have nothing special (apart from Granny, of course!)
Granny was designed is such a way. She's a nice lady and her talks will steal some of your time
Also, if you finish friendship with her (you'll know when that happen) there will be a kind of new option in Spellhold. You can also visit Innershade when you're back from Underdark, because you can find there an elf who may give you a helpful item.
The other thing is... do you return to Nalia's keep when you complete the quest? I think it's normal that it ends like that...
Still, nice graphs, nice mood (maybe a bit too sad though), interesting ideas.
Heh, it may appear to be even sadder than you think... just play a bit more, talk with granny and finish
ToB part... You know, I love sad endings. Call me
Mr. Depression.
Thanks a lot, Lava Del'Vorte, for the mod, it is still much better than so many other ones I've seen, all so buggy and badly designed. Your mods look so professional :-) .
Funny comment to end with
Well, I know it may be less interesting than TotDG, but the thing is that some people preffer mods which are less... strange than Gardens.
Thank you for you comments. I'll try to do something with Yoshimo's dialogue
If you end the mod including Dreaming and
ToB part, drop in - maybe you'll like to add something. It doesn't have to be something really good. Sometimes I wonder if there's someone who have seen
ToB part
Oh, and thank you for Chinese New Year wish
EDIT:
Oh, and about Eva and Strongheart - you may also ask the storyteller child about the villagers. That can let you know what is the reason of the relationship.
