2. When equipping 1+AC items, I noticed instead of increasing my AC decreased, is this also a bug?

Nevermind, its seems I installed the wrong fix, but I have a couple of question here
1. When casting spells the game seems to go lag periodically, does someone knows what is this means?
2. When equipping 1+AC items, I noticed instead of increasing my AC decreased, is this also a bug?

First issue... no idea. Doesn't sound right. What exactly do you mean with lag? Does the game freeze?
Regarding AC, that is indeed intended. A lower AC is better. It's how the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons rules work.

Yes something like that, the most noticeable effect is when casting Elysium's Tears, Symbol of Torment, Ice Dagger and Call Lightning
btw I installed the latest fix pack, tweak and Unfinished Business
EDIT: I manage to reduce the lags by switching the graphics into software and the lags still present although reduced

It's a well known problem. Has to do with video drivers being less than fully backward compatible.
