I play Fallout in 800x600.
I wanted to try this res. and also 20% fonts, as I have old eyes.
A post on Thunderpeel's install guide makes me think
I should skip the widescreen and ghostdogs mods when I patch.
Here is the post:

You might want to mention that 800x600
isn't a viable option for the Widescreen mod.
Even though it will work on its own, 800x600
is not a supported resolution for Ghostdog's UI
and Ghostdog will only install on 1024+.
If you try to install Ghostdog over 800x600 widescreen,
you'll get an error and the Ghostdog installation will fail.
Is Darpaek's post true.
Thanks
Is 800x600 a viable option for widescreen mod?

Planescape Torment is like a box of chocolates.
If our politicians could be replaced by the
modding community, our earth would be
a much better place to live, and there would be
a lot less bugs in the summertime.

Ah yes, that was an unnecessary restriction I had put once. With the latest UI version the 800x600 resolution is viable.

Thanks Ghostdog,
I'm up and the game is running fine.
