Well, I'm pretty sure when I played the game years ago, I was able to sell Fall-From-Grace into slavery.
I wanted to do it again as soon as I got her, but even though I got the option in the dialogue, I get a negative reply from Vrischika.
I also noticed some old forums posts of people who indeed managed to sell her.
So I'm wondering if I'm missing something, or was it changed by one of Qwinn's patches?
Otherwise what are my other selling options if I want to keep Morte and Dak'kon?

You are recalling incorrectly. That has never been an option in any version of the game that I'm aware of.
The only companions you can actually sell are Dak'kon, Morte and Nordom. If you try to sell Annah, she will attack you (and in the vanilla game, Vrischika and Standish would attack you too, I fixed that issue.)
