i unpacked Belhifet_and_Marilith,IA_Base_Anims,IA_BGII_IWDII,IA_Fiends_Genies,IA_IWD,IA_IWD_Svirfneblin,IA_NWN_01_Modron_v2,IA_PST_Abishai,IA_Wh_Dr_Wyv_LoP,NWN Misc I,Shadows_harpy_frostgiant,
but i can't find £JXg1.bam.
who can tell me where is the £JXg1.bam.

£JXg1.bam is in the 1st NWN content module. But I suspect perhaps your operating system is not in English or another western European language. If not, then you have to set your code page as described in the readme and reboot before installing.
yes, my OS is simplied chinese.
is IA can't be installed in the chinese OS?

-> Control Panel
-> Regional and Language Settings in Classic View (or Clock, Language and Region then Regional and Language Options in fancy view)
-> Click on the Advanced or Administrative tab
-> Then where it talks about non-Unicode programs, change the language to English
-> Restart the computer so the change takes effect.
-> Install the mod.

Guys from BWP said that there should be file like infinityanimations\content\µbqa1.bam, but it seems to be with a messed codepage, so there is only a file "цbqa1.bam". I think i'll switch the codepage to English. Is it possible to install Infinity Animations now, when the whole Big World Setup is finished? If so, how could i do this?

Yes, that is the solution as noted above. Reboot after changing it. You may need to re-extract the archives too (not sure about that).I think i'll switch the codepage to English.
Yes, but you don't want to install it after Biffing. Well, you could, but it makes a lot of changes so your game may lag a bit unless you biff your game after it.Is it possible to install Infinity Animations now, when the whole Big World Setup is finished?
