Well, I've held off buying ME3 (despite looking forward to it so much) until this endings DLC appears. For once I'm glad I stuck to my usual guns of not buying games on release.

The game WAS released in march. It should be no surprise that it's leading sales on its first month given the preorders, history (final episode of saga, allegedly), and marketing behind it.

The following months is when the outrage should/would reflect on sales.

@Daulmakan: Granted, a game's always bound to do better during its launch month, but still, the numbers are impressive in this case. I would argue, however, that's probably a testament to how much people enjoyed the previous installments instead of the latest opus in the series.

(And I really wonder how they're going to pull off a sequel to ME3, even if it doesn't star Shepard. I mean, ahem, the consequences of the endings alone differ quite a bit, especially with the colour green).
