Please HELP! First my transition towards BG2 doesn't work so I decided to import the character I was playing. Then when I started playing, after the Bad Dog cutscene the whole screen moved to the left. I didn't think anything of it until I got to control my PC and found out that everytime I  shift it towards my character it shifts back towards to upper right side of the screen! please help! This doesn't happen when I was playing the BG1 Content, only BG2. HELP!

It could be that one of the keys in your keyboard is stuck, try pressing the corresponding one in that direction and see if it solves the issue.
