I can't open it. Minsc can't bash it open, and my only Rouge Imoen can unlock it. PLEASE HELP. I WANT TO GET OUT OF BONEHILL.

So why not use Imoen to open it? If that isn't possible, try having your mage memorize a Knock spell. I'm pretty sure you can purchase it from the Magic Shop.
