I think I am having an issue with Wheels of Prophecy in ToB.
I've killed Sendai, Abigail, Mellisan, and Balthazar. I pick up the journal from Balt's corpse inside his monastery and I get a journal entry (not a quest entry) telling me to go back to the PP and the Fate Spirit will transport me back to the Grove to talk to the heads again.
However, when I go to the PP - I get the options to go to a few other places (including, the unruined Saradush?!) I CLUA'd myself to the dw#teth - the WoP Grove and I was able to kill the Solar and their group. I clicked on a head, got the rest of the prophecy and then was taken back to the PP for the convo with Melissan and the Solar. The Ravager challenge unlocked and I beat the Ravager, got the Bhaalspawn power and the little message telling me I could collapse the pocket plane and head to the ToB.
But the Fate Spirit is still giving me the same travel option list that included the unruined Saradush.
Should I manually advance the Chapter global to 10 and then just Clua myself to AR6200? At this point, I just wanna finish this stupid game!!! LOL

I managed to finish the game by advancing the "Chapter" global to 10 and clua-ing to AR6200 - if anyone else has this issue.

I'll tell ya, I had a pretty smooth playthru of SoA (with only a couple minor hiccups and only attached to sidequests - all of them easily fixed), but ToB was rocky as heck. I think the next time I build a megamod I'm going to omit Longer Road, Turnabout, TOBR, and Wheels of Prophecy. All of them on their own are terrific mods, but I just don't think they work well together in a megamod.
My above posts explain my issues with WoP, and I have another thread around here relating my issue with TOBR. My Viconia relationship was jacked (it literally jumped from LoveTalk 2 to Lovetalk 14 in the variables and repeated the post-Saradush dialogue everytime the timer expired) and Kelsey never left after Saradush. Since I'd never played with Kelsey before, I don't know what I missed (I still got the marriage epilogues for K and I - so I dunno). I haven't tested anything, but I seem to think TOBR or LR are the most likely culprits because all the relationship stuff is tied into events in ToB. In the pool where you're given the option to spawn Gorion, the confirmation dialogue didn't work and put my into an infinite loop, requiring a reload and just skipping the pool to get to the ending. As cool as pal-ing around with Irenicus, sneaking into Saradush, or whacking Balthazar before Sendai may be - I, personally, wouldn't trade them for the excellent ToB Romances (the shining bright spot to an otherwise pretty lousy expansion).
I realize ToB is the last 10-20 hours of a 250+ hour game and probably sees the least playtesting within the BWP (since it's so ungodly boring until the last 20 minutes LOL), but these mods just don't work together and with other mods.

For WOP - I think you should also post your problem here, for future releases

I don't think there's anything wrong with the mod itself. (I'm sure that if the Fate Spirit didn't work - someone would have reported it.) And, I haven't done the legwork to see what's conflicting with what to cause my issues. For all I know it could be a Flirtpack! LOL! So, I can't even report on a compatability bug (If that's something their even interested in fixing).
All of these ToB mods are so ambitious! It's comparable to stealing the Lanthorn from the Temple before confronting Bodhi and travelling to Spellhold to preempt Irenicus's plans on Suldanessalar. These mods verge on the full conversion. It's a testament to the modders' abilities that they even work together at all (with a couple clua moves to jump over bugs).

The issue you're having could most likely be circumvented if you just avoid installing TOBR. I experimented with installing all the mods you mentioned together (Longer Road, TOBR, Wheel Of Prophecy and Turnabot) and went through a series of issues similar to yours. I then uninstalled everything and went for a megamod without the TOBR. This let all the variables needed by romances and the other mods to set correctly.
This means that I was able to enjoy everything I did install, including redeeming Irenicus, summoning everyone I wanted in the last area of TOB and even recruiting Balthazar and saving him in the end.
That's my suggestion, only drop TOBR instead of all the mods you mentioned. TOBR is cool but it changes the way variables are set and, thus, can affect the progression of romances and other mods, especially LR. Wheel of Prophesy, however, doesn't make radical changes and, as I said, I had no problems.
