If you have parts of the Deathbringer crossbow, Cromwell will not consider items coming "after" the crossbow (e.g. the vanilla ones). Thread. The bug can most probably be fixed as described there.

Also, the Power Kicking Boots (SGBOOT2.itm) aren't usable by Monks.

I forgot to set the alignment usabilities 
(the older fix wasn't usable by any alignment

Have not found Munchmod's thread, so I'll just post it here:
"Treaty of swordsmanship"/SGBOOK01.ITM bug the book adds a proficiency point which can be nevertheless removed back by any magic-dispelling effect.
Reason: the book casts a spell SGSPL01.SPL on the user, which adds a dispellable effect of proficiency addition.

SGSW1H8.ITM error: Ability #1 Effect #0 Opcode (146) - Non-existent Resource (.SPL)
- Changed into SPWI202.SPL (now grants 5 uses of Detect Evil as per descrip)
