K&K turn hostile

it's always me :-)
I'm still appreciating this mod, i'm now in chapter 6, just defeated Bodhi.
Situation: I'm trying to escort the guy with his chick and Myroven to speak with Brega and get ambushed by Shadow Thieves, and when Arledrian turns hostile, Kova and Kiyone turn hostile too. They still stay in my party, but they are highlined in red. I've tried everything, even to kill them and then cast resurrection, but still hostile...
Is it normal?

Glad that you're enjoying it, but I need more details on how and why it happened.
Perhaps a saved game ? send it to my email in the readme.txt

There's a few possibilities that would turn K&K Hostile in the middle of a fight
- you may have injured someone in the fight, who immediately classes you as an enemy
- in this case, it is likely that you may have attacked Ardelios or Baevrin accidentally, perhaps with a spell like Fireball
Another possibility is other Mods installed.
Note that when they become your enemies due to a scripted event in BTL, they will always display an exclamation above their head.

I just tested it and they did not turn hostile.
There's a few possibilities that would turn K&K Hostile in the middle of a fight
- you may have injured someone in the fight, who immediately classes you as an enemy

In all my efforts, I immediately cast Horrid Welting and Chain Lightning (party-friendly spells, as you know) with the two mages, just in the moment the Thieves spawn in (autopause activated): is it possible that it affects Arledrian just a second before the conversation in which he says goodbye, and then K&K would think that i've hit a (still) "friendly" target? Now I've tried to do absolutely nothing (deactivating also the AI), just stay there without even defending my party, and kova and kiyone don't turn hostile (before they die with the rest of the party LOL).

No, i've just repeated a second time the test I've reported above, and this time they turn hostile even with AI deactivated and even if I do nothing other than stay there. I think the problel is elsewhere.
It works if i use CTRL+Y on EVERYONE, Kova and Kiyone too (before they turn hostile) and then on all bad guys. In this scenario, I can resurrect them later, after the fight, when I'm speaking with Brega. But I'd like a more "straight" solution, without cheating ;-)

As you can see, if at any point during the game if Bylanna, Brega, or Prelate Wessalen (the prelate of the order of the radiant heart) is killed or becomes hostile, K&K will immediately turn hostile with the above messages.
On top of that, if Ardelios (the one who was killed by Arledrian) or Baevrin (the hostage) becomes hostile, K&K will also turn hostile.
I'm not sure why it happens since I'm not able to reproduce the error on my system.
I think Ctrl-Y is a good option though to move ahead with the story.

Well, it could be something due to alignment changes or something that causes 1 of the following 8 events.
Allegiance("habrega",ENEMY)
Allegiance("bylanna",ENEMY)
Allegiance("hprelate",ENEMY)
Allegiance("Z#ARDEL",ENEMY)
Allegiance("Z#Baev",ENEMY)
Dead("hprelate")
Dead("bylanna")
Dead("habrega")

Now I see it: in my game, Ardelios turn hostile as soon as his contingency spell kicks in, without ANY action from my party (party AI off, no moving, no attacking, no casting any spell), K&K stay friendly for a while but when Arledrian kills him, just after the conversation, they become hostile.

Ardelios uses the MAGE18A and GPSHOUT scripts, so probably a mod changed one of this scripts (probably MAGE18A) or spells used by these scripts, hence turning hostile.

The same as above. Ardelios turn hostile with no reason.May be mods conflict.

My bad, you can try using a tool like NearInfinity to edit the CRE for Ardelios. His CRE is Z#ARDEL.CRE.
On the CRE you can remove the Scripts GPShout and/or Mage18A. That should fix things. If you have a bit more patience, you can start by removing GPShout. If the problem persists, remove Mage18A.
