Yelling my name, Imoen bounded into the room, nearly knocking me off my stool on which  I was struggling to read a book that Gorion told me to study.

"Galen! Galen!  You'll never guess what I discovered!  Come on guess!"

"Damn, Imoen, I wish you wouldn't come into a room like that and I don't have a clue about what you discovered,"  I said and then added, "I bet it has something to do with a new shade of pink though."

That was Imoen's favorite color and practically everything she owned involved pink.  I started laughing and fell off my stool.  Imoen just stood there with her hands on her hips and just glared at me with that glow of fire in her eyes that appears when she gets mad.  But, just as fast as her eyes had burst into flames, they were extinguished.  She grinned and starting to laugh as well.

"You got what you deserve!  See what happens when you make fun of me."  she chuckled, "Now do you want to know what I discovered?"

"Oh, alright, you'll just keep pestering me until I cave in.  What did you discover?"

"I found a place where we can hide our tools and loot!"

That got my immediate attention.  I dropped my book, stood up and asked, "Is it nearby and is it a safe place?"

"Oh its nearby and its safe." she answered.  "I found it when I was doing some chores for ole puff and guts.  Its behind a loose brick in the wall behind the inn.  I pried the brick loose and found a large hole.  Galen, its big enough for us to store all our stuff!"

"All, Imoen, I doubt if Mr. Jingles would fit in that hole."

"I know that!"  she said with that fire-in-the-eyes look developing, "Mr Jingles will stay right where he is!  I may be silly, but I not stupid."

"Imoen, if anyone knows how silly you are and how very smart you are it's me, your best friend," I said trying to make amends.

She smiled and said, "Come on let me show it to you, that stick-in-the-mud Gorion's book can wait!"
