In all fairness, one would assume that D summons the stalkers - if I'm not off my rocker, you don't get any XP for killing any summoned creatures, so why should stalkers be any different?
With BG2FIXpack installed you don't. This was done to prevent exploitation of the spell however, so I don't think D's stalkers should fall into this category.
