Woah! :woot: Agree with what Jarno said though ... the BWP isn't the one "zeroing item offsets" :P It's Taimon's crefixer, though I dunno if whatever it's doing is unnecessary ... come on guys! He's Taimon!! nuff said :D

Also, just so the original reason for my last post doesn't get buried ...

@Leomar: These are the patches that need to be checked :)

1) aurora\setup-aurora.tp2 (the LANGUAGE line is commented out ...)
2) ImoenRom\bat\IMMUSIC.bat (this is totally OFF!?!?)
3) ts25mini\setup-ts25mini.tp2 (extra newlines at the end??)

Hey, guys, I'm not doubting Taimon. In fact, I'm trying to find the creature offset checker so I can clean up my mods and make sure that future releases don't generate the same kind of errors. I'm just having trouble finding a direct link. Googling it is just giving me a list of mods that are using it. Could somebody post a link?

The BWPFixpack seems to be using the patch from an older version of Aurora - from before the LANGUAGE line got commentificated :P (while changing the VERSION to match the newer versions) ... so that patch doesn't get applied cause the line is commented out in the real .tp2, while it checks for a non-commented line in the patch :)

Necessary to provide a good German translation (by Fennek der Schwarze :P ). English (and Japanese) don't have problems with "Commoner", German needs "Bürgerlicher" and "Bürgerliche", depending on the sex of the person. So if the changes don't get applied, one might encounter female "Bürgerlicher". :P
Well, I changed it in the setup, but since it was descided to patch the setup I guess if there's a problem Leomar and Leonardo will have a look on it.

Interesting indeed. The only authorized "fixes" of any of my mods is found at my community. Especially considering I was not made aware of any so-called issues.

I checked your Hunks. For this I've dowloaded the mods from the linklist anew and run the BW Fixpack. This is my debug of them:

Like you can see, I can confirm only your reported ImoenRom issue. I will check the "ImoenRom\bat\IMMUSIC.bat" and the "DarkHorizons\Language\english\Setup.tra", now.

You should check, why you have all the hunks. Perhaps you have changed mod-versions in your BW Download folder or do you copy extracted mods for a new installation?

I just checked and it looks like someone did a sneak version up of Aurora :rolleyes: (I have aurora-v5.rar ... but the aurora-v5.rar in the DL centre has a different size compared to this :doh:)

And about ts25 - I've no idea whether I've changed the file but I don't touch the non-english ones too often :P

Meanwhile, I just finished looking at the scripts in the latest install and found some typos ... but thing is, I'd been at it the entire week and forgot to keep a running changelog :unsure: Once the patches get made, it'll be easy to understand what exactly got fixed :P Sorry for the trouble!

PS: The BPv179 & BPSeries scripts attached here are newer than the ones I attached in the BP forum a few days back (these contain some extra feexes :D)

PS2: The fix for aD&L involves renaming a file (adding Zyraen's prefix - "Z#")

PS3: None of these files are already patched by the Fixpack. So if there are changes, they need to be added to the changes that are already present in the BWPFixpack :unsure: Sorry again!

This time, with a changelog:
lester -> removed ".cre" from inside CreateCreatureDoor()

Luxley -> Added "AR-" prefix to AreaCheck() (48 instances!)

Neh'taniel -> Mistyped areas (AR01800->AR0900 / AR11800->AR1900 / AR21800->AR2900)

RPGSola -> 2500 -> AR2500

vanim -> removed ".itm" from inside a PartyHasItem()

Hey, don't apologize! It's stuff that needs to be fixed, and I'm glad you guys are doing it. I'd just like to correct the creatures (an anything else that needs fixing) in the mod itself so that you don't have to worry about it at all. :cheers:

So, um, to be clear the only thing that needed to be corrected was the area references in the j file for the Neht mod? I just went over it and cleaned up at least the majority of the typos, I'd hate to have to go through the entire file again in case something wasn't simply mentioned. Posted Image

Wedge's BG1NPC Tevan not shouting for help fix
Fix: here

BGSpawn %tutu_var% sound thing (DO NOT USE for a non-BWP/BGT install!!!)
Fix: Changed PlaySound("%tutu_var%VWOLF03") -> PlaySound("VWOLF03") ... reason - the %tutu_var% variable stayed in the compiled script :wacko:

Wedge's BGT Ankheg Quest fix
Fix: here

BWPFixpack valen NUL thing (DO NOT open with notepad :lol:)
Fix: Similar to the Tactics stuff that happened a while back, changed the script assignment to make WeiDU do the NUL padding :P

Neh'taniel missing script
Fix: Added SK#2Fix.baf for hot COMPILE action!

Sarah missing sound
Fix: PlaySound("") -> PlaySound("K#SarM5") ... reason - it was the only sound not used anywhere else :doh:
