If not, no big deal, I was just curious if it was possible. Kits are always fun to play with, but with so many out there it is hard to try them all out.
Thanks again!

It does exactly what you've said - assigns kits to NPCs.

@Grifter: Why don't you wanna use Shadowkeeper btw?? Maybe NearInfinity can help though (use at your discretion) and don't forget to run it using the .bat file in that page

Yes, you can.Only problem with Level 1 NPCs is that you can't assign modkits like the TDD kitpack to the Bioware NPCs
Q: What about NPCs added by mods? Keto wants to be a skald!
A: None at this time. While I find it hypocritical for modders to declare their work sacrosanct, there's certainly a contingent who expect to have free reign trampling BioWare's intentions and other modders intentions and the player's intentions while expecting their own work to be pedestaled higher than, say, Shakespeare. So mod NPCs aren't and won't be included without permission. With that said, Wes Weimer won't care if his NPCs are included, and J. Compton will probably allow PPG NPCs to be included if we all buy stock in Broken Hourglass, so it's possible some will show up later
If it does install modkits ... maybe I need to update the KitLists

Perhaps you misunderstood that, as Keto is not Bioware joinable NPC, the L1NPCs can't change Keto, but it can assign all the mod Kits in game to any of the Bioware NPCs, as long as the Kit is installed, even if it's removed by the Kit remover.I saw this and assumed some stuff

And let's remember to say, that it's important to use the Generalized Biffing after the re-starting of the setup-level1npcs.exe, not before.

And actually, you can do that too if you uncomment the last several lines of the tp2, as well as mod Solaufein, Valen, Kelsey, Finch and oh, just about any other mod NPC as long as you put the CRE names in. Since several modders have given their permission for this, it's probably about high time we enabled it officially.Perhaps you misunderstood that, as Keto is not Bioware joinable NPC, the L1NPCs can't change Keto
