After almost 2 years of hard work as a Staff member, legendary BGT modder Ascenion64 has decided to step down. As well as being a general moderator, Ascension64 ran the very successful IE Modding Digests, which are sadly now being retired. A huge thank you to him for spending the time every 2 weeks to put those together!

Thanks for your dedication, hard work and all-around awesomeness, Asc, and all the best!

Couldn't agree more with the resident partner in crime, notoriously K'aeloree. :)
Best wishes in your future endeavours Ascension64, and thanks for all your efforts here.

Does this mean he is taking on cheerleading full-time now? :P

I hope A64 sticks around SHS as well.

Heh, thanks all for your support. I'll still be sticking around (and can still move topics to the right cauldron of fire, Jarno  ) for a while as I try to sort out some final BGT and other mod stuff, but my time is very slim, and perhaps anorexic!
But being a measly modder again ain't so bad - and perhaps in time, I can demote myself even further to be the dodgy deviant. :)
Oh yes, cheering is still on my list of hobbies. Go, Ice!

That's the news I would have never wanted to read.

One of the greatest pillars of the IE modding community is taking leave and I can but weep at this decision, although I fully respect and understand his choice.

For me personally, there won't be any other like Ascension64 (and it's somewhat hard to call him with his nick and not his name now).

Thank you for everything you have done, for your kindness, courtesy, help and everything else.

Will definately miss the modding digests, but I'm glad to hear you're not leaving completely! Good luck with whatever is taking up so much of your time.
