No, you only need the Quinn Fixpack - it includes the stuff Platter fixed. Besides, they are probably not compatible with each other. See the readme.

It seems that in the UB pack,in terms of The Candlestick Quest,one file was abandoned when comparing with the Platter's original version.
"Enemy.bcs",568 bytes,was described as "the script of enemy".I wonder if they have neglected it.Anyway,I ain't sure.
