Oh, a second thing... when I was exploring items using NearInfinity (I'm just going to get myself in trouble. I should just play the blasted game) I noticed that the Defender of Easthaven and the Mercykiller ring came up with No Icon in the View tab. Something like wa2ring.itm was trying to use MERCY.bam instead of d1iMERCY.bam or something like that.

There's a component that adds new bams for duplicate items, yeah. If you're curious about Item Pack's items and don't mind being spoiled, there's a txt file in the mod's folder that says what each of them does in just a few lines. That's easier than browsing through all of them in NI (I'd recommend just playing the game, though :)).

In the end it's probably something I did wrong... maybe because I loaded an existing game? If I can't figure it out, I'll just console the items in and detract some gold with ShadowKeeper or something. No big...

That might be it, IIRC store files are kept in the save files. If you don't mind, try starting a new game and CLUAing to the Adventurer's Mart to see if the items show up as they should.

Hey.
Got a small suggestion regarding your item tweaks.
Don't you think that your mod could also including a tweak to the "Girdle of Fortitude" so that its effect becomes "Set CON to 18 while equipped"
It's the only "Stat to 18" item that requires activation.
Probably in the Tweaked Items component.

I need a couple of victims volunteers to test some BGT stuff that I want to include in Item Pack's next version, preferably with a basic knowledge of DLTCEP or Near Infinity (hopefully it won't be needed, but better if you have it). Post here or drop me a PM if you wanna help.

Jester's Bag of Holding Gives me 3 items (often a diamond, another gem and potion of speed). Could it be made more random and/or to give only 1 thing.

Uh, that shouldn't be happening at all. It is set to give only one item by random chance (they all have different % to prevent this), and the chance to find a diamond is actually one in a hundred, never often. It works fine on my modded install as well, so I 'm not sure what's happening.

Can you send me the item (d1bag02) and do a change-log on it?

Installing the mod with your item yields normal behavior, and the change-log isn't helping any, so I have no clue what is happening.

The only clue must be that level1NPC is messing with stuff outside its scope?

Try using WeiDU 230. Chances are the parse error is because you are using an old version of WeiDU (227).

Item Pack updates to v1.7 with a bang. Here's the changelog for the new version:

* Version 1.7:
- Added a new component: 'Item Pack for Tutu/BGT'
- Added a new component: '+X% Elemental Damage <BETA>'

There was a slight issue with ItemPack and 10 column adding megamods about the TOOLTIP.2DA here :) IRv3's hotfixes updated to use similar code so umm... :unsure: :P

Thanks for the heads-up, will change for next version. But if most mods already played fine with each other, wouldn't it be better to just change CtB instead?

Great mod you have here. Historically I've avoided item packs, but your mod does so much more than just add new items.

I look forward to more updates. Thanks for the mod!

Strange. Creating a new elven Fighter/Mage in my Tutu game, he can equip them just fine. And seeing the item in DLTCEP, nothing seems amiss. Does your character have a kit in one of the two classes?

I think that might be it. Try enabling the Berserker flag in DLTCEP and you should be good to go.
