In retrospect, I've come to realize that certain contents of the Tweak Pack that I failed to install initially (namely the Early Glabrezu tweak) might be desirable after all. However, is it possible to apply such tweaks after having installed the tweak pack previously? If so, is it possible to do so with them being usable in a pre-existing game, and without breaking that pre-existing game?
Application of Tweaks to an existing game?

Great question. Depends on the tweak. Early Glabrezus is fine to install after the fact.
No = Don't install it mid-game, problems likely.
Yes = Should be fine to install mid-game.
Banter Accelerator: Very iffy. Might work, might not. I strongly recommend installing it before starting any new game, as I said in the readme this almost went in the Fixpack.
Scale of Souls: Yes.
Stackable Rings, etc.: No.
Explore City Areas: Yes, but won't do anything to areas already entered.
Save Nordom Tweak: Yes
Max HP Tweak: I think so, but it won't retroactively give you HP for levels already earned.
Maximized Friends: Yes
No Battle Music: Yes
Identify All Items: Not sure. Would -probably- work.
Leprechaun Annah: No idea. I wouldn't recommend it.
Easter Egg Morte: No idea. I wouldn't recommend it.
Early Glabrezu: Yes
Rest Anywhere: Yes, but won't enable resting in areas already entered.
Tome of Cheats: No. (won't break anything, but you only get the book at the start of a new game)

I agree with Qwinn on the character modifications. If you want a Leprechaun Anna, by all means try it out but DON'T save.
As for stackable items and the banter accelerator. Qwinn I have installed this midgame had no problems.

I haven't tried it with the latest mod version, but installing the banter accelerator mid-game in the older versions seriously wonked up the game.
