I've followed Emoric's instructions with respect to joining the Dustmen and have completed Norochj's task regarding the investigation of the Mortuary. However, Emoric is not acknowledging the succesful completion of the quest or assigning any further missions. Furthermore, I have heard that I am apparently supposed to receive acknowledgment for neutralizing the Dustman-impersonating thief, but none of the named NPCs in the Gathering Dust bar have any conversation options relevant to the matter. I'm running the game patched at 1.1 with Unfinished Business and the Fixpack. What precisely am I supposed to do now in order to join the Dustmen, and is there any way to resolve these issues?

Furthermore, I've been playing with multiple party members for quite some time, but I've not experienced any of the NPC "banters" one can supposedly encounter, yet I have the Tweakpack's Banter Accelerator installed and set to thirty minutes.

Thanks. The only dialogue options I received in relation to Norochj was the Mausoleum quest. He mentioned the pickpocket, but I never received any quest entry for it despite exploring all of the options. Emoric still has nothing to say to me. Additionally, I completed all of the Gathering Dust bar side-quests before completing the Mausoleum or pick-pocket quests. Does this break Emoric's quest line then? Is it still possible to join the Dustmen?

What you're giving me here is much too vague for me to research the problem properly.

Can you zip up and send me a copy of your savegame to pescalona@verizon.net? That way I can see a lot of the answers for myself quickly. I may still need to ask questions, but hopefully this way we can avoid a lot of them.
