Well, I found a fun little bug, it seems that when Tahia asks you to carry her after waking up the person who responds will be who ever is closest. That or she's been having loads of fun with Imoen. I guess thats why shes always to happy.

Heh, true there was a happy patch, and I don't know what it does for any of the newer versions.

However, if I was Tashia, I would be more interested in Mazzy than Imoen ;-)

Shame that my new dialogues basically assume the new person is just male...

Heh, if I think of it seriously? Well, Viconia wouldn't fall for Tashia...very incompatible personalities to make it work.

Possibly Aerie, but only if Aerie grew up some, at least emotionally...

you don't need the happy patch at ALL...

simply set

tashiamatch=1

within 10 dialogs of meeting her...

this is actually safer and bug free...

both the patch, and the infamous trick of clua console-ing in a belt of gender change has some fairly serious problems...

trust me on this one people, but fooling around with the gender of your pc, either via shadowkeeper or the belt of gender at any point in the game is a recipe for bad things to happen...now the happy patch, some versions are ok, from what i've heard, other versions are not, and since I simply don't know which are which, its safest by far to avoid it all together...

use shadowkeeper to edit the globals, and that by far is the safest way to activate romances...

I have successfully played tashia thru with a female pc, and she simply acts like your pc is male...

What things exactly? As far as I know, there's only the romances that getted turned around, though I admit I haven't experimented much with it... Oh, there's a third way: play a Wild Mage .

Setting the ***match global only addresses the "romance any character" problem. I think most people use happy patches for concurrent romances or to keep evil NPCs in good parties. Userunfriendly is right, though, I've seen a lot of folks run into problems with the happy patches that are out there.

Exactly. The concurrent romance patches I've seen will sometimes skip entire dialogues, or not allow them to come up at all. And if you are using the flirt packs, then you don't get the full flirt pack experience...
