By the way, I've written a python script that generates me the tp2 code Miloch posted above.
(Rename to .py or whatever.)
You basically specify two files and a bunch of offsets to patch.
Needs at least python3. Try invoke with -h for a brief summary of options.

/Edit: Updated the script to include some basic fail/skip mechanism.
