Just wanted to say that I think this could be a very fun module, but I have a few questions.
1.) I don't know if I really get the way the player controls his party, is it a fighting squad of which you are the commander?
2.) Where did you guys get the idea from, Simmarillion only or where there other influences?
3.) Are there multiple ways a PC can finish a mission? Like is there an evil and a good path, 'cause I think that might be hard to do.
Ah well, I hope these questions are not to vague, and I am looking forward to it

You are assisting the army, but cannot directly control it. You can give orders via the General, and they may follow you, but to a large extent you are only controlling your party.
I don't know the answer to 2), sorry.
I'm not sure. I think the idea for this is primarily strategy, so Good&Evil are set aside for a while, but there are things which you can do, and the enemy spawns are somewhat random, so you can expect different battles each time.
