Hi, i am Michele from Bolzano (Italy): I do not know if this is the right place then i apologize. I have a problem with the installation of the mod Northern Tales of the Sword Coast.

First: be patient for my horrible English

I have the italian version of Baldur's Gate and i downloaded the following files:

DSotSC_v215
NTotSC_v170a
NTotSC_v171

I installed the following programs and patch
Baldur's Gate
- patch bgintl114315.exe
Tales of Sword Coast
- patch BGTalesIntl5512.exe

After that i installed DSotSC_v215

But when I try to install NTotSC_v170a ( --> i launch the file Setup-NTotSC.exe), i take a error that you can see on the screen:



Please, can someone help me?

More information:
- i have Windows XP
- the game is original: Baldur's Gate 5CD and ToSC 1CD
- the game work perfectly

That's not needed, as it's already in the Tales of Sword Coast.

The installer says: NTotSC per BGT... meaning that it can't be installed to BG1+BG1TotSC, as the BGT is BG2+BGT mod(that brings the BG1&TotSC's content to BG2:ToB)...
And take note that these are all for BGT, not for BG1+BG1TotSC. So you probably have to use this...

No, the BGT is a mod that actually takes the info from a BG1&TotSC game and brings them modified into the BG2 game... and end up with a game that one can start from the Candlekeep and end into the ToB end, playing the same game the whole time... and using the BG2:ToB engine.

Yeah, the mod was never probably translated, except to English... That's one of the reasons I used the unsure emico.
